Lance Essihos (@lance.essihos) is the host of the Top Rated Podcast University of Adversity.

 

Lance talks about his journey that started out in ice hockey, he got as far as wanting to go professional until his life took a sudden turn.

 

He spiralled for a while, lost his identity until he found his new passion which was improvement, getting better at things and took his sporting work ethic into being a bar tender and creating cocktails; which is something we dive into.

 

He took the lessons he learned (Connecting with people & providing an memorable experience & more) and took that into online marketing and podcasting which enabled him to get to where he is today.
